At the year 2010, We started from a home-based office under SULAIMAN NATASSA ENTERPRISE with a few primary customers. Looking back,it was not easy at all to sustain and grow our business but through lots of hard work and commitment, we have gained a good reputation for being responsive,honest, efficient, and customer-friendly and many of our existing clients have referred us to new clients which got us to where we are standing today. SA MAKMUR SEJAHTERA ENTERPRISE, founded in 2016 and established by experienced recruitment and managing director. On 28 Feb 2019, we expanded our business and form SA MAKMUR JAYA SDN. BHD to accommodate a larger customer base and provide a better customer service experience. Throughout the years in this industry, our company has emerged as one of the pioneers in the recruitment industry and we understand what are the key characteristics of excellent service. the provider should have for a foreign and local worker recruitment agency.

SA MAKMUR JAYA SDN. BHD was founded in 2019, with a primary purpose of providing foreign & local worker recruitment and consultant services for the local & multinational companies. The establishment of SA MAKMUR JAYA SDN BHD is aligned with the demand in the competitive market, providing staffing solutions to numerous reputable clients and providing career and growth opportunities to many candidates. We are a licensed recruitment agency (1316073-H) to also export manpower in Peninsular Malaysia. Since establishment, we have gathered practical experience and knowledge to better understand the market trends and our clients’ requirements.
We run our business not only by delivering carefully selected high-quality foreign worker candidates but also by ensuring that we also have a clear understanding of the technical and business aspects of the customer’s core business by listening and acquainting with our customers to satisfy our customer’s needs. We also provided services such as application of quota, recruitment, transportation, accommodation, training, payroll management, discipline management, worker’s welfare as well as counseling. Our core of services focus on manufacturing and service sectors ranging from electrical and electronics, automotive, rubber, plastics, steel, chemical, machinery, food and beverage, construction, plantation, hotel as well as cleaning and maintenance industries. As for now, with a great respond and referral business from our clients, we have served and grow over twenty of clients and many of them still, actively outsource us for manpower management services.
